Hands down: company values and culture. In today's world it is hard to find a company that values customer service as much as Maurices does.
Cons
Unfortunately, It is a salary based position and it is very common to put in well over 40 hours in a work week. Also, the pay is low in general, but the way they value their employees can sometimes make up for it.
