Pros
The benefits for full time associate are excellent. There is access to medical, dental, and vision health insurance, as well as life insurance and 401K (after 1 year of employment). Full time employees get a fair amount of paid vacation day and the schedules are quite flexible. The company seems to care quite a bit about their employees.
Cons
The atmosphere can be a little stressful sometimes. There are very high standards and goals that not only the store as a whole, but also each associate needs to reach. Selling the credit card can be a little daunting and stressful.
