Gossipy management-rank and file know about firings and layoffs before they should. Management that seems to think it's more capable and smarter than it really is. They didn't change until they were forced to. Touted top line sales as a huge win while profitability tanked. Management is an old boys club. Very little accountability for poor performance, in general, at this company.
