      Pros

      Pay is pretty good if you negotiate well

      Cons

      Very much like the show Succession, All the kids fighting for power but none of them deserving of it, parents are way too out of touch and doing much more harm than good. They are their own worst enemy which is unfortunate as this company had potential. Lots of internal drama, 90% of the job is dealing with people rather than doing your duties, work/life balance nonexistent. Feel bad for the people still there.

      Pros

      Employees are treated like family. Small company with a global presence. Long time partner of Microsoft with several specializations. Unlimited freedom to innovate and create business opportunities.

      Cons

      A bit more structure around end-to-end sales process is needed. Company is working to improve this. Smaller company means less guaranteed compensation, more variable compensation.
