      Pros

      Nice people, great pay, good benefits and secure hours and great opportunity for overtime.

      Cons

      Certain trainers are not well educated on day shift. Staff needs a lot more communication between day an night shift with reliable messaging.

      health, vision, dental, long term & short term disability are typical. Health FSA, 401(k) available immediately, vacation accrual is typical (40hrs after 1st anniversary, 80hrs 2nd-6th anniversary, 120hrs 7th-14th anniversary and 160 hrs after 15th anniversary)

      401(k) has a 5 year pro-rated vesting structure, no vacation carryover or payout (use it or lose it),
