The team is really strong, close, open, positive and driven.

It's a startup, so there is a lot of uncertainty, things don't always go according to plan, you need thick skin and resilience!

1) The team is great, everyone is very special, very dedicated, full of passion. It's a great environment to work. 2) The work itself is mostly very challenging. We're operating in very new / cutting edge territory, and half the time we have to figure out how to do something for the first time. It's thrilling. It's not easy though - you have to want that kind of environment. 3) Customers are legitimate companies - big brand name blue chip German car companies, among others. 4) Investors seem to be quite reputable, which speaks for itself.

1) I guess it's not uncommon in early stage software companies, but despite all the diversity that there is, there are not enough women. 2) Also, sometimes discussions are 'too thorough' - the culture is to get everyone on the same page, which sometimes leads to lengthy discussions. This is not a problem but again, it's not for everyone.
