      Working from home, well-being days monthly, used to have a great culture not anymore, poor salaries compared to industry

      Cons

      Poor management, unrealistic deadlines, SLAs are not respected, managers are not interested in the day to day, if you’re entry level, they will make you work as a slave, no career progression
