Pros
The company is very good at what they do, so a lot prestigious projects and good experience is attainable Compensation is a little above average plus a considerate bonus at the end of the year Around lunchtime a few times a week they hire a fitness instructor to come in and they have a small gym and a shower. They were looking into yoga when I left The back office staff are really great people
Cons
The Matt family is awesome but some of the hired executives like the President and CFO aren't what you would call the friendliest or most caring people A lot of the back office processes are done exactly the same by everyone, so if one person is sick somebody else can jump right in, which makes sense but kind feels like being micro managed
