      Pros

      Loved the hours and the management does a good job of working with the union to ensure fair work and fair hours. Very family-centered and plenty of opportunities to learn. No two days are the same.

      Cons

      No employer benefits as a part-timer. No vested retirement or 401(k) and cannot enjoy profit sharing.

      Great benefits if that's all you care about.

      Cons

      Bullying is brushed off as personality differences. Favoritism and butt kissing is the only way to survive or get ahead. They offer lots of leave and cover medical leave 100% of pay so people abuse the time off policies. Leadership will spend up to 50% of their day whispering in dark corners with their favorite employees. Management ignores all the toxicity. No wonder good people leave and they are left with the people who only care about the benefits and how much they can abuse them.
