      Pros

      Outstanding Management, opportunity for lots of overtime during peak seasons. As long as you come in to work and do what you're supposed to, you'll always have a job. Room for advancement within the company.

      Cons

      Hours are based on the season, so you may work more/less each week. Starting pay is a little low and you may be required to work a lot of off days.

      Great benefits if that's all you care about.

      Cons

      Bullying is brushed off as personality differences. Favoritism and butt kissing is the only way to survive or get ahead. They offer lots of leave and cover medical leave 100% of pay so people abuse the time off policies. Leadership will spend up to 50% of their day whispering in dark corners with their favorite employees. Management ignores all the toxicity. No wonder good people leave and they are left with the people who only care about the benefits and how much they can abuse them.
