      Pros

      Incredible mentorship, a ton of hands on experience, meaningful work, and the interns are all treated very well by other staff members.

      Cons

      Definitley a steep learning curve but after a few weeks I settled in and enjoyed the difficult tasks.

      Great benefits if that's all you care about.

      Cons

      Bullying is brushed off as personality differences. Favoritism and butt kissing is the only way to survive or get ahead. They offer lots of leave and cover medical leave 100% of pay so people abuse the time off policies. Leadership will spend up to 50% of their day whispering in dark corners with their favorite employees. Management ignores all the toxicity. No wonder good people leave and they are left with the people who only care about the benefits and how much they can abuse them.
