      Pros

      They are a large company and their name is well known as a leading freight carrier throughout the world. They specialize in moving freight overseas, by rail car and trucking.

      Cons

      While I agree that they are excellent at moving freight, I came on with the company when they started to get in to the warehouse industry. Many times it felt like the blind leading the blind over there.

      Great benefits if that's all you care about.

      Cons

      Bullying is brushed off as personality differences. Favoritism and butt kissing is the only way to survive or get ahead. They offer lots of leave and cover medical leave 100% of pay so people abuse the time off policies. Leadership will spend up to 50% of their day whispering in dark corners with their favorite employees. Management ignores all the toxicity. No wonder good people leave and they are left with the people who only care about the benefits and how much they can abuse them.
