Pros

Head Quarter in USA is well managed

Cons

The person who is in charge of chennai operation does not want to improve the strength. More people are quitting the company due to a simple reason that he only favors few people. Even pays for higher education which no other people in the company is aware of and allow few people to join again by creating a post. He should change his attitude towards people working in chennai office. Most employees are not satisfied with the management in chennai. It is not a good sign for a growing company.

Pros

No commute to an office cubicle, remote work. Great industry.

Cons

Many, many, MANY people are quitting very suddenly, several without notice. Lots of upper management are leaving. Perhaps because the senior management wants to replace humans with AI, or outsource overseas. Or maybe it's because senior man is miserly with the purse strings and run departmentss off less than a skeleton crew, burn and churn their own employees to the point they have to quit without another job simply for their mental health, during a horrible job market! That's bad, very bad. It's obnoxiously apparent they're working towards laying off at least half if not entire teams. Those who jumped ship have left a wave of chaos for new management who obviously talk a big game but don't know the industry. Management really shouldn't talk trash about former employees to us but it happens. Management also shouldn't lie to our faces, but they do. It's condescending to think we're that stupid that we don't know what you're planning and that your lying. We're all eating popcorn watching departments self implode, and we raise a toast to our former coworkers who left abruptly. Trust, if we could do what they did, we would.
