Please explain what you are referring to as "unimaginable" things. You can't make such an accusation without backing it up with an understanding of what you are insinuating or with fact(s). There are only a few employees, aside from the founder, at this company... most of which, have been with us since the company started. Only independent sales people have abandoned their position because they either don't like doing inside-sales work that the job requires or fail to learn the custom-made product lines.
