      Feels like the company really supports its people. Intelligent and friendly group of people. A lot of documentation with initiatives to much it more robust. Constantly moving forward, minimal outdated hardware without intentions to replace.

      Cons

      Start off in person for a while as you're onboarding. Benefits don't kick in for a month.
