Pros
Friendly work environment, excellent pay, helpful staff, wonderful customers. Guidance/direction was freely given, promoted from within, listened well to new ideas. Lovely Christmas parties and excellent bonuses.
Cons
Open area work environment was not condusive to dealing with customers on the phone or in person, preferential treatment to certain employees, too frequent meetings that interrupted productivity and that the meetings did not usually resolve top issues. Initially management was not required to punch a time clock, but was later required to which made the employees feel untrustworthy. Old, outdated system structure.
