Pros

You are able to work from home remotely. You can work independently. Salary and benefits are fair. It’s a great way to impact others.

Cons

The company does not recognize employees around Christmas time. Not just fiscally, but they do not send even send you a holiday card. It isn’t about the money , but just feeling valued as an employee. Positive reinforcement enhances motivation and positive feelings and morale. I have worked for the company for two years and have never even received a Christmas card or party. It it appears upper management is very self involved and not aware of employee needs. Also,their focus is mainly on outcomes and not efforts. There are lots of changes in policies which is not good to you until the last minute.

I appreciate the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in member's lives while working with a supportive and knowledgeable team. Matrix provides flexibility, encourages professional growth, and offers a mission-driven environment focused on improving healthcare outcomes. I also value the autonomy in my role and the collaborative culture across departments

Cons

I do not have any significant concerns at this time. As with any growing organization, there are always opportunities to continue improving processes, enhancing collaboration across teams, and exploring new ways to support employee development. Overall, my experience has been positive, and I appreciate the organization's commitment to continuous improvement.

Pros

Manager is nice and understanding

Cons

You have to give 20 Hours a month of availability. You don’t get your schedule until 3 days before and it can still change. I have had less than 10 visit in over 6 months. Just not work the time. They should lower the availability hours or make the schedule available a week in advance so you can make other plans if not needed.
