      Good work life balance and nothing else

      Cons

      The company's top management has come up directly from the slums with no education, manners and don't have any idea how to even speak let even run a company. Has completely ruined a company with his rowdy attitude, thinks himself as the owner of the universe. Only keeps people in the company who can lick his boot. HR is just a puppet with no actual work to do.

      Gives you great perspective on where not to work in the future.

      Cons

      Prepare to have to memorize a script for any interaction you’ll have with someone outside of Matrix. Damages customers perceptions of ‘Outdoor Advertising’ through less than honest business practices.
