Learn and leave . It's not a long term company. I will never recommend even to my enemy.
Cons
Forget about ur personal life. Social life. Only target. Company does not feel anything about the employee. They cut salary for small things as well. You will feel like the hell I'm working. No leavesmoking even if u r in hospital. Then also u have complete ur daily target. Bad company.
