      Terrible mgmt. A Few employees are favored and think they are God. So called gurru operations person treats teammates like trash and sucks up to the COO. Have herd him even treat some clients so bad. He knows who to suck up to. If your not it, he likely won't talk to you directly without someone he thinks is important is listening. Run. Toxic. Use diff vendor.

      Pros

      Everyone's very nice to each other and truly care about their lives. Amazing benefits. A lot of cross-team functionalities and you really learn a lot from Matrix.

      Cons

      Small team- it can be busy sometimes but totally manageable. Everyone wants to help you solve any problem or blocker even though issues can be tricky.
