Convenient to work from home , very flexible with last minute schedule changes. Training is thorough.
Cons
Having trouble keeping up with their growth , the factors of the work change month to month and its expected that you keep up on the changes on your own time outside of work hours , turnover rate for tech support is high, you can remain a contract worker for years without benefits
