Pros

Benefits are good from healthcare offerings to vacation and days off. However, you will need them due to the level of stress from the toxic environment, the constant favoritism and complete lack of actual leadership experience.

Cons

“Leadership” is a joke, beware you will be working just to support their inflated salaries! It’s a hire a buddy system and pay them a ridiculous amount of money even though they are completely inept of actual skills or experience leading people. As long as you don’t challenge them with actual questions or possibly know more than them…you will be safe! When everyone in a company FEARS their job and not because of performance but if they are “liked” enough to keep it…that’s a problem!
