Terrible work-life balance, tons of pressure from upper management - Project Manager Matlen Silver Employee Review

I cannot recommend working for Matlen Silver. Although I have a positive experience with my current team, there's just too many problems with the work environment. Employees here have terrible work-life balance due to the intense work atmosphere and fast-paced environment. The upper management puts a ton of pressure on us to reach certain targets.
