You can work remotely here which can be beneficial for some people, especially those with family resonsible who can't commute daily.
Cons
There was no balance between pay and workload. The workloads were insanely stressful and pushed poeple to work brutally exhausting hours. The pay was ridiculously low in comparison. It was not enough to survive financially in the long term. I quit to save my financial future.
