Horrible Company - Account Manager Matlen Silver Employee Review

This is one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. They are horribly mismanaged and you are only treated well if you are in the "inner circle" which mostly consists of people with little industry experience that are in their 30's. Do not even consider working here if you have more than 15 years of experience, you will be extremely disrespected and if you voice a concern, it will be completely ignored. The company relies on only one account and if you are part of that account, you may be successful, but only if you support that one account and are in your 20's or early 30's.
