Pros
Paycheck arrives on-time. Availability of jobs for first-time hires. Good medical benefits coverage with low deductibles but high price for admission. Flexibility of the Matlen Silver company to fulfill customer requirements and maintain contracts with big clients.
Cons
Appears to be a general dissatisfaction amongst contractors other than a paying job? Little to no affinity or relationship amongst other Matlen Silver contractors. Rare meetings with account manager. Don't except relationships to be facilitated or to be introduced to other fellow co-workers/contractors on the client site. Matlen Silver offers little to no company communication to contractors other than timekeeping notices.
