      Matlen Silver team is a honest and straight forward folks with desire to achieve a very high level focus with clients and they put their 200% effort to make their employee's to make it a safe heaven.

      Pay, benefits, leave, equipment provided, if you're on the fence take the job and make your own conclusions

      Cons

      That "we're a family" nonsense. Micromanagers, incompetence in leadership, metrics too big, lots of people let go, they only promote the closest people to them.
