Pros
Unlimited PTO nice work area Great coworkers
Cons
-False promises made to uphold their value -Isr training does not properly equip you for the ISR role -Poor communication across departments -Compensation/ Bonus plan constantly changing -They only give you 1 week to study and take the test to be an agent and if you don’t pass they take away your promotion or make you wait for the next promotion class while studying and maintaining a high call volume/transfer rate -bonus is capped at $1300 -Only your numbers matter, especially in sales your numbers are the most important thing, anything done in addition to sales is not considered nor recognized -they poorly train and coach entry level ISRs and agents with little to no experience while in the role and will fire you if you don’t outperform in the first 3 months in either position -the benefits are not sustainable with the wage given for ISR, but just an overall below minimum benefit plan -small amount of diversity throughout the whole company - no longevity as there is a minimal amount of promotions from within and they outsource to help the company grow faster
