      Pros

      Local People, all other employers, good friends, good artist and nice local managers.

      Cons

      Super bad management from central in France. The most horrible people i ever worked. The owners treat you is the thing most un personal cold and empty. They will treat you not as an artist, just one else and they don't trust in you or all your coworkers as a team or studio.

      It was a fine place to work with a lot of autonomy

      Cons

      The person managing above my level was quite toxic - he asked me to lie to higher ups and to edit and remove discord messages. He would get very angry when I wouldn't do this and it just felt gross and weird.
