      Great place to work no complaints. Pay is a bit on the low side for the amount of work that is given.

      Compensation is not great Management is a bit wishywashy

      Pros

      Great people, fair pay, helpful and welcoming environment. Can't say enough about the people working here. Great way to prepare for a teaching position.

      Cons

      Kids can sometimes get out of hand, but nothing that a teacher shouldn't expect from time to time.
