Pros
- The tech is seamless, the platform is well designed for the benefit of tutors: smooth workflow, handy macros, prompt action buttons, etc. - Decent editing and auto-solution tools to help create neat and quick solutions - The management is accessible via chat to tutors, they are keen on feedback - Shifts can be selected as per tutor's preference
Cons
- Pay is based on the amount of work delivered - Pay is low because the average work available per shift is low: far less than what has been advertised in their recruitment drive - They rate and reward the tutors on KPI's based on work related metrics: personally to me it seems a bit unfair to use KPI's for shifts that see less amount of work
