      Pros

      Founders gave me real ownership from the start — I architected React Native mobile app - payments, auth, and core AI features end-to-end. The team is technical, decisive, and trusts engineers to make decisions, which kept shipping fast. Watching the mobile app grow past 500k downloads while building AI features in EdTech made this one of the more rewarding roles I've taken.

      Cons

      Nothing really to complain about. Expectations were met in practice.
