Don’t join this team if you expect strong managerial support. My Manager has been working from home for an extended period and appears to be leveraging his seniority, with the approval of the Delivery Manager. This creates a perception of favoritism and internal politics. His absence severely impacts team communication, collaboration, and day-to-day work. Most communication happens through scheduled calls, which makes quick discussions, issue resolution, and timely support difficult. This has been very frustrating and has negatively affected the overall work experience.
