However, It has been observed that some managers and employees have been working from home for extended periods after obtaining approval from their senior managers, in some cases for more than a month. This practice is creating challenges in completing tasks and projects within the planned timelines. In several cases, work appears to be progressing slowly, resulting in delays and requests for timeline extensions. To improve coordination, accountability, and project delivery, it would be beneficial to enforce a stricter Work From Office (WFO) policy. Regular office attendance can enhance collaboration, communication, monitoring, and overall productivity, helping teams complete projects on schedule. The organization may review the necessity of allowing employees to work from home continuously for periods exceeding two months and consider limiting such exceptions to genuine business or personal requirements.
