Every person from management is supportive, understanding, and willing to go the extra mile all the way up to the founder of the company who is readily involved and willing to jump in whenever it is needed Pay is more than fair for the work Lesson planning is already handled and well detailed Work from home and create your own schedule This company deserves all of the recognition for being as amazing as they are. Cons
Some lessons need a little bit of work to understand since it is different curriculum, however, I believe this company is above the times of education standards because their lessons catch on quicker and are more in depth for their students. Management is more than willing to answer questions and help out and is always extremely responsive with figuring that out.
