The london office is as bad as it can get - Sales strategy inexistant and has never been revised - no proper tool to help employees perform (still in a 1900s mindset, yet posses as a edge cutting tech company) - PEOPLE DONT WORK TOGETHER ( no communication, no proper management, no team work) - a LOT of micromanagement ( unfit manager who looks down others) - no place for growth : do as told or take the door - dishonesty is top tier here: good sales mostly high jacked and claimed by management , basically zero credit for work put in - no good vibes in the office, litteraly can hear flies Also you are expected to NOT have a life outside of work. You can forget about work/ life balance. And the list goes on. The salary? lets not get into it. This is proof of an environment that is toxic, won’t value employees, and poor management.
