Pros
A fantastic company to work for. It feels like a family, and the transparency ensures you are both rewarded and acknowledged for your hard work. Both management and long term members of the team are very knowledgeable and have worked hard to get where they are.
Cons
Given the small size there is a real need to muck in with all tasks and work hard, this is not necessarily a con, but some people may not be willing to work outside of their direct role responsibility.
