Pros
Staff comprised of very well schooled and educated, highly intelligent people. All four schools have great locations!
Cons
Work life balance is poor: in by 7:30 AM and no matter teacher or administrator, twelve hour days to be effective. Extremely high staff turnover, staff extremely young (both a strength and weakness). Need much more staff training in areas of cross cultural communication, diversity and equity work, privilege training.
