Pros
Excellent benefits. Great/Fun work environment. Strong Culture. A lot of very talented people work for the company. Possibility to grow within the company and with other brands of the portfolio (they just started promoting international opportunities too).
Cons
I have been working for this company for several years and I found very few downsides. If you can consider that a problem, there is no room for slackers, if you are planning to hide and try to get by doing the bare minimum, this is not the place be.
