Great culture Great perks Really great benefits compared to what my friends get at other companies Pet Insurance! Happy Hour parties every month! Two company parties every year!!! Fun people Best of all, you help people find their true love!
Cons
Some people skate by without doing any work because management doesn't have the guts to fire them. Others know how to kiss butts to keep their jobs to get ahead. And when managers are part of the problem, well, that's the worst part. Most of the managers are great but there are a few who don't add any value.
