      Pros

      Nice time off policy, nice big projects to work on involving large inner connected systems.

      Cons

      Hard to get a promotion without executive sponsorship. Company does not believe in raises, only promotions. Bonuses tied to mostly unrealistic goals even though the company is doing fantastic.
