If you don’t ruffle feathers, they pretty much leave you alone.

Company has good intentions, with poor follow through. There is a significant lack of accountability and checks & balances. If you have opinions that don’t align with upper management, you will be feel that. Turnover rate is very high because there is an unhealthy company culture, lacking trust, to include no conversations being kept confidential.
