Decent pay and all the hours you can get because they stay understaffed and can't attract people

All pressure and problems are (daily) handed to installers. They do not pay mileage as is standard for the industry. Will schedule you ridiculous hours, weekends included,without ever asking anyone availability. That's the tip of the iceberg. Don't work here unless you are a glutton for punishment
