      Pros

      None. I guess that you’re raising money for charities/ nonprofits?

      Cons

      - total BS company. They have several rounds of interviews but don’t tell you until the end of a long 2nd round 2HR “interview” where they educate u abt their company history and values etc at the very end they finally tell u the pay which is $30 for an entire 8hr workday the rest is all commission based. You stand in front of grocery stores trying to get people to sign up for $1/day donations to starving kids in 3rd world countries. They lure u in with the promise of travel opportunities and helping nonprofits raise money/ doing good. But in reality you’re just getting paid dirt (literally less than min wage. 3.75 an hr is illegal?!!) to slave away for 8 hour work days all in the hopes of the commission which is $80 a signup. Sounds promising but what are the chances of how many people you can sign up a day? Total BS. Don’t even bother interviewing for them.

      We are sorry to hear that your experience wasn’t necessarily what you expected. As suggested in your initial interview, the purpose of our second round interview is for you to get a full grasp and overview of the company. That includes anything from core values, history, daily schedule, training, clients, pay, promotional opportunities etc to ensure it would be a good fit both ways. We have built a team of people who are now able to acquire thousands of new customers on behalf of our clients and who believe that the structure of the company has enabled that to happen. Getting paid on mainly commission is certainly not for everyone and might not be a good fit for you, but a performance based outside sales role is certainly not illegal and we would like to think that our employees don’t view what they do as “slave labor”.       I got hired in sd and was trained by Jack, very cool person to work with. From the minute I met Jonathan, he was very kind respectful, and very open about the position I had questions about. The office is very welcoming, definitely a place I want to try to make a career.

      Pros

      Brand Ambassador/aka making sales for a non profit in front of a grocery store. If you really do grind yourself both mentally and physically for low wages for months on end you get the honor to train others! and small bonuses. their mo is 'kill you with kindness' super positive all the time in order to make you feel like you're doing the right thing.

      Cons

      their cult like tactics wear you down, only 30 bucks a day is guaranteed with commissions per person you sign up. they group interview. all 6 that started with me left before the end of the week. its a pyramid scheme that preys on younger members of society that don't know any better. Ask them how many people have they hired in total (even if only a couple days) vs how many have stayed? why are most women? why is everyone so young?
