Pros
I have been working for Mastermind for a little over a year and during that year I have experienced growth in a company that is determined to win. Dean is someone who truly cares about his employees and makes sure he hires people that are aligned with his vision of self realization and growth. I walked in as a junior developer and I was immediately immersed in a group of senior developers that took me under their wing and made it their goal to see me grow to become a better developer day by day. I am constantly trusted/encouraged to take on projects all while giving me the support I need to grow. If I have a question I can always freely ask our lead developer, senior developer, project manager and even the CTO for any advice. Aside from the constant encouragement, we have been served top quality meals, a pong table, amazing office space and an overall great place to work. We easily pivoted to working from home and they have been super flexible with our work arrangements.
Cons
With a fast paced environment there are times where pivoting can seem a little rough for those who are not built to change speeds as the organization sees fit. So if you are not able to quickly adapt to changes it may be a con for you. But if you thrive on change then this may not be a con.
