      Pros

      Good base salary on par with corporate Store Manager salary, great commission structure that is rewarding if you either manage a store well or you sell. GREAT corporate training from world-renowned educators and business/ sales consultants.

      Cons

      Very few opportunities for growth beyond the Store Manager role or if being promoted from a Sales Rep to Store Manager.
