Cons
Bosses can be transferred overnight and destablize teams. High churn rate. No voice for junior staff. All talk, many decks, long hours of discussion but no action and accountability by teams. Slave drive juniors to do most of the work for seniors who just talk and talk and talk all day. All credit go to seniors who do nothing but talk. One year can pass and nothing ever happens. Busy work with no outcome. Little wonder why it's losing competiveness. Bonus is pathetic.
