Awful place - Engineer MasterTech Employee Review

This was a great company to work for and had a really good work culture. But that has all gone now. A narcissistic failed businessman, micro managing and bullying everyone. HR are aware of it but won’t do anything about it. An egotistical manager that will only hire family or friends. (Probably because no one else can work for him) All the good staff have left or are planning to leave soon. Very nasty toxic place. Avoid Avoid Avoid
