Pros
Good products to work with, Decent advanced education, and multiple locations.
Cons
The district and regional management do not care about the employees. Specifically the issues caused by sudden schedule changes, namely finding a sitter and annoyed clients. For as long as they have been in business, I am certain that they are completely aware that a very high percentage of clients book their appointments and they do not like it when management changes their stylist schedule with no notice. We had a stylist that started in October and the first day of his employment the manager that hired him resigned. district and regional management did NOT replace the manager but rather forced the key holders to do additional work with no additional pay. That particular location CLOSED DOWN LITERALLY On BLACK Friday. There were 9 hair stylist that were suddenly with out a job during the holidays. And everyone knows that right in the middle of the HUGE November/December rush is NOT a time to relocate to a different salon -- and extremely difficult at best.
