Pros
Great people to work with, great management team, great core values. The environment/culture is very friendly, fun and welcoming. I've been with the company for over 6 years and not once did I feel unappreciated or felt like my efforts were unnoticed. MTG truly cares about their people and putting the right people in the right seats. There is lots of opportunity to grow in the company, they want you to grow. They give the people who care and work hard what they deserve. They also have fantastic potlucks and grazing days!
Cons
No company is 100% perfect. The pros very much outweigh the cons. Like any other company, things can get busy and people have to do a little more, but going above and beyond for this company is easy to do with amount of care, respect and encouragement from everyone, especially management.
